TWO RIVERS WATER RECLAMATION AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION FOR THE ANNUAL NOTICE OF MEETINGS
RESOLUTION NO. 2021-12-99 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority that the regular public monthly meetings for the transaction of public business, including the taking of formal action thereon, shall be held on the third Tuesday of each month during 2022 at6:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Authority's offices at One Highland Avenue, Monmouth Beach, New Jersey. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the date has been changed for the April regular public monthly meeting for the transaction of public business, including the taking of formal action thereon and shall be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Authority's offices at One Highland Avenue, Monmouth Beach, New Jersey. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the date has been changed for the November regular public monthly meeting for the transaction of public business, including the taking of formal action thereon and shall be held on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Authority's offices at One Highland Avenue, Monmouth Beach, New Jersey. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Atlanticville, Freehold, New Jersey and the Asbury Park Press, Neptune Township, New Jersey, be and hereby are designated as the two official newspapers to which notice of the Authority’s meetings shall be mailed, telephoned, telegraphed or hand-delivered. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-19, any person requesting a copy of any regular meeting schedule or revision described in Section 13 of Chapter 231, Laws of 1975, and any advance written notice described in Sub-Section 3 (d) of said Act of any regular, special or rescheduled meeting of this Public Body, such person shall receive a copy of such schedule and notice upon prepayment of such person of the sum of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) to cover the cost of providing such notice, such written advance notice to be mailed to such person of all Public Body's meetings within the time prescribed by Sub-section 3 (d) aforesaid, subject only to the provision set forth in Sub-Section 4 (b) of said Act pertaining to meetings of urgency and importance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any notice requested by the news media shall be mailed to such news media free of charge. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all requests made for notices pursuant to this Resolution and Section 14 of said Act shall terminate at midnight, December 31st of each year, subject to renewal upon a new request to this Public Body. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all notices of meetings of this Public Body shall be prominently posted on the bulletin board located at the Authority's offices, One Highland Avenue, Monmouth Beach, New Jersey, being a place reserved for such or similar announcements. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the form of the Annual Notice of Meetings attached hereto is hereby approved, the same to be posted, filed and mailed in accordance with law. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority that the statements contained in the foregoing preamble be and are hereby incorporated into this Resolution as if more fully set forth herein at length. TWO RIVERS WATER RECLAMATION AUTHORITY ANNUAL NOTICE OF MEETINGS FOR 2022 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 21st Day of December 2021, the Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority (hereinafter “Authority”) adopted Resolution No. 2021-12-99 providing for the Regular Public Meetings of the Authority to be held on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. with the exception of the April 2022 to be held on April 12, 2022 and the November 14, 2022 meeting which day has been changed to Monday. The location for these meetings will take place at the Authority’s offices at One Highland Avenue, Monmouth Beach, New Jersey. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Authority may take formal action on any Authority business at these meetings and members of the public may attend any public meeting of the Authority. Michael A.
