UPDATE - Traffic Alert- Oceanport Ave. Closure

Traffic Advisory – Roadway Closure Oceanport Ave

Oceanport Ave will be closed to all traffic beginning on Monday, March 27th until Friday March 31st. The closure will be from East Main Street to the East Gate of Fort Monmouth (Oceanport Ave/Saltzman Ave). This closure will be 24hrs/day.

Motorists traveling to and from Oceanport can use the posted detour from Main St to Broad St to Rt. 35 to Saltzman Ave to Oceanport or E. Main St to Port Au Peck Ave to Myrtle Ave/Seven Bridges Rd to Silverside Ave to Oceanport Ave. There will also be access to Fort Monmouth via Razor Ave off Main Street.

Residents on Riverside will continue to use the detour route off Hazen Ave.

There will be access to the First Atlantic Credit Union via the East Gate.

Detours will be in place as well as Officers to assist with travel. Please plan accordingly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
