Fire protection in Oceanport is provided by two volunteer fire companies, the Hook & Ladder Fire Company and the Port Au Peck Chemical Hose Co. which are supported by fundraising efforts by the Fire Companies and Budget allocations by the Borough. Both fire companies serve around the clock, 365 days-a-year.
