After registering, Joining is easy and just takes a few seconds: - Simply click the link in the invitation. You’ll proceed to your session immediately. Just remember to register first if attending a webinar. (The join link is in the invitation email). First time users may be asked to install software to participate. - Alternatively, if you have the session ID but don’t have easy access to the direct link: For a meeting, go to www.joingotomeeting.com. NO RESOURCES OR TECHNOLOGICAL ACCESS? Participants may also attend by registering in advance through the Borough Clerk’s Office to obtain a “Dial-in” telephone number, enter the access code (if applicable), and ‘Join’ the web-based call.
MULTIPLE OPTIONS FOR ACCEPTING PUBLIC COMMENTS:
- Submit text comments through the web-based application to be read out loud during the live-stream public portions of the meeting.
- The text “Comment” feature on the live stream.
- Emails submitted to [email protected] as publicized in themeeting notice and mentioned at the beginning of the live-stream.
- Call the Borough’s Public Comments phone # 732-272-8337 that is answered only during the live-stream. Callers information will be taken and called back for their designated time to speak allowing the caller to be put on speaker and enter his or her comment on the record.
PUBLIC INSPECTION OF APPLICATION?
Members of the public are advised that public inspection of applications for upcoming hearings are available at least 10 days prior to the hearing date online at https://www.oceanportboro.com/boards/planning and Click on the “Public Inspection of Applications” tab. Members of the public wishing to view a hard copy of application documents may contact the Board Secretary at 732-222-8221 or by email to: [email protected] to receive a hard copy of the plans and application materials by mail, subject to any standard fees or charges, or by appointment at Borough Hall.
Members of the public should notify the Board in advance, if possible, via email or phone call to the Board Secretary, of their intention to undertake cross-examination, introduce evidence and/or make public statements or comments to ensure technological needs are accommodated and documents that will be referenced are available for review by all participants.
