There will be a Capital Presentation for Monmouth Park proposed development before the Planning Board on TUES., September 12, 2023 which begins at 7PM in the Clement V. Sommers Municipal Building Meeting Room, 910 Oceanport Way, Oceanport. This is not a public hearing but a presentation pursuant with N.J.S.A.

The NJSEA is tentatively scheduled to appear before the Planning Board with a Capital Presentation at their meeting on TUES., September 12, 2023 which begins at 7PM.. Please check back here for future updates.

UPDATED 7/20/23 - MONMOUTH PARK - NJSEA to Present Proposed Development at Mayor & Council Meeting
The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority will be appearing before the Mayor & Council at their Thursday, July 20, 2023 meeting at 7pm in the Clement V. Sommers Municipal Building Meeting Room. The NJSEA will be presenting a proposed development including residential units.

*Please note that IF the Borough Meeting Room occupancy capacity is not sufficient for the number of members of the public that attend, the meeting will be opened and an announcement will be made regarding relocation of the meeting to a larger venue. If the meeting location is moved it may not be available the meeting may not be streamed live.
